Introduce
Jiangsu EHV Transformer Insulation Material Engineering Research Center is a provincial engineering research center established by Changzhou Yingzhong Electric Co., Ltd. with the approval of Jiangsu Science and Technology Department in July 2010. It specializes in the research and development of insulation materials for EHV transformers.
The center now has wood pulp testing group, insulation material physical and chemical performance testing group, insulation material metal particle detection method and analysis countermeasure group, raw water physical and chemical analysis group, new product development group, insulation material electrical performance testing group.
Main research direction
Special purpose insulation board and wet forming insulation parts for AC UHV Transformer.
Special purpose insulation board and wet forming insulation parts for DC UHV Transformer.
Aging life assessment standard structure of thermal insulation of oil immersed paper.
Preparation of heat-resistant insulation board with heat resistant nylon as base material.
Achievements
Independent innovation mainly has 4 patents, 2 authorized patents and 4 utility patents.
"High density" and "Large insulating paperboard wet insulation moulding" in October 2008 through the national identification of new products.
“High density and high elasticity insulation board”, ”The size of a large amount of UHV transformer for electtrostatic plate”, ”Special high-voltage large capacity transformer insulation plate”, ”±500KV converter transformer valvee side outlet device has been identified by high-tech products”.
